Team Building Program:

• The group is divided into small teams of 4-6 people.
• Each group attends 5 organized activities
• The story:

Your team needs to Find the hidden treasure, during each activity you find clues, you need to think, you need to develop skills, you need to research, and you need to be together. The treasure hunt lasts for three days and nights…… and starts in your office even before the adventure begins.

Throughout the adventure you will get wet, and you will go:

• Rafting on the river Crn Drim
• Sailing to Kalishta and Radozda
• Visit Vevchani village – The smallest republic on the Balkans
• Biking
• Have an evening camp fire
• Find a treasure and have fun

• Each participant needs swimming clothes, a wind stopper jacket, hiking boots, and you should be prepared to get wet.
• Each activity includes entire logistic arrangements, trained professional staff, and an English / Macedonian language speaking guide.
• All extreme activities include full safety equipment.

Team Building Program:

• The story:

Your team needs to win. Each small team will compete with the others, you need to think, you need to develop skills, you need to research, you need energy and you need to be together. The competition lasts for three days and nights…… and starts in your office even before the competition begins.

Throughout the competition you will get wet, and you will go:

• Biking
• Racing with kayaks and canoes
• Hiking on Jablanica mountain
• Spending a night in the mountain.
• Visit Vevchani village – The smallest republic on the Balkans
• Have an evening camp fire
• Win the trophy and have fun

• Each participant needs swimming clothes, a wind stopper jacket, hiking boots, a sleeping bag (can also be rented), and be prepared to get wet.
• Each activity includes entire logistic arrangements, trained professional staff, and English / Macedonian language speaking guide.
• All extreme activities include full safety equipment.

The goal of each team is to have as much fun as possible and be the loudest and funniest team of all.

Throughout the teambuilding you will:

• Play human football
• Race with caterpillars
• Archer
• Visit Vevchani village – The smallest Republic on the Balkans
• Have a Karaoke party and camp fire
• Have fun

Team Building Program:

Unlike the other team building offers, this a teambuilding training, which will work on different issues in your company. The training is based on the Team Building Theory of Meredith Belbin and focuses on the different team roles each person undertakes when working in teams. A precondition for this training is a test that needs to be taken by each participant at least two weeks in advance.

The implementation of the training is a mixture of theory, exercises and fun games, and it gives a full and unique experience for each participant.
