Diving – Visit Vrbnik Archaeological Site

Vrbnik Archaeological Site

The underwater archaeological site dates from the 6th to the 5th century BC, in the prehistoric part of the Iron Age on the territory of Macedonia. It is large in size, but at a small depth of 3 to 5 meters from the surface of the lake.
Artifacts still lying at the bottom of the site from prehistoric times can still be observed.
The site visit is carried out in a group of maximum 5 divers who have experience.
The price of the service includes:
- Refreshments with seasonal fruits, water and coffee.
- 100 digital photos.
Warning:
Diving in Lake Ohrid is very impressive because of its high visibility, especially in places along the coast where springs are located.
In addition to the archaeological remains, the biological diversity that exists around the site can be observed.
Instructional diving should be announced in advance and may vary depending on the weather.
The duration of the activity from departure to any of the locations to return to the final destination is between 3 and 5 hours.
